Chhavi Chugh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chhavi started their career as a Design and Branding Intern at Sydney Romantics, where they gained experience in brand analysis, social media posting, and community engagement. Chhavi then interned as an Editorial Intern at Network18 Media & Investments Limited, where they proofread, fact-checked, and edited articles, as well as managed the news network's Live Blog and wrote daily news updates.
Chhavi also worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at MemeXD : Xplore and Design, where they handled and managed social media accounts for the app MemexD and created content for various platforms. Chhavi later interned as a Marketing Intern at GoodSpace, where they collaborated with the marketing team and designers on marketing materials, maintained the company's social media presence, and designed marketing materials for existing and potential customers.

Chhavi Chugh attended K.R. Mangalam World School from 2005 to 2019, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Following that, they enrolled at Amity University from 2019 to 2022, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. In terms of additional certifications, they completed various courses, including Conflict Management with Emotional Intelligence, Content Marketing Course, Content Marketing Masterclass, Marketing Analytics, SaaS Marketing: SaaS Startup Lead Generations Lean Startup, Writing with Flair, The Complete Copywriting Course - Writing to Sell Like a Pro, and Viral Blogging 101.
