Ritika Jena worked as an Associate Digital Marketing at Recruit CRM from February 2023 to present. Before that, they had two Human Resources Internships at Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd from August 2022 to September 2022.

Ritika Jena pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR and marketing from Ajay Binay Institute of Technology (ABIT) in Cuttack from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Ramadevi University, specifically from Ramadevi College of Education, in 2019.
