Perry Oostdam

Perry Oostdam is the co-founder and CEO of Recruitee, a software company that specializes in gamification techniques for commercial activation games on iOS, Android, and Windows phones. Perry has over a decade of experience in the technology industry, with a previous stint as co-founder of GeoRun.com and Quality Technology.

Perry’s passion for technology began at a young age – they were just 17 when they founded Quality Technology with their nephew Rick. The company imported gaming machines from the United States and leased them to businesses such as bars and restaurants.

In 2012, Perry co-founded GeoRun.com, where they helped develop software that made it easy for businesses to activate games and track progress. GeoRun.com quickly became a success, and in 2015 Perry decided to start their own company, Recruitee.

Recruitee is a cutting-edge software platform that helps businesses find and hire the best talent. Using gamification techniques, Recruitee makes the hiring process more fun and efficient for both employers and job seekers.

Perry is passionate about making the recruitment process more efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved. Perry believes that by using gamification techniques, businesses can tap into the power of play to find the best candidates for the job.

Perry Oostdam received their Msc in Entrepreneurship & New Business Venturing from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Perry then went on to receive their Msc in Entrepreneurship/Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore. After that, they completed their LLM in Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Finally, they received their BSc in Business Administration/Bedrijfskunde from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
