Tomasz Simborski

Tomasz Simborski is an experienced Product Manager and designer, currently leading product discovery at Recruitee since December 2019. With a robust background in UX/UI design and a comprehensive understanding of product development processes, Tomasz has successfully transitioned through various roles including Senior Product Designer and Product Designer within the same company. Throughout the career, Tomasz has engaged in user research, feature design, data analysis, and team collaboration, driving the development of intuitive hiring software. Additionally, experience includes lecturing on interactive prototyping, moderating service design workshops, and consulting for Polish startups, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Management from Collegium Da Vinci.
