As the Founder and Director of Recruiter Mill since November 2020, Ugis has established a reputable company with a 95% success rate for hires over a 12-month period, addressing the prevalent dissatisfaction among CEOs regarding talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this, Ugis co-founded and led operations at iPhone Photography School, which became the largest resource for iPhone photography globally, serving over 100,000 paying students.
