Manan Shah

Manan Shah has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Manan started their career as an intern at GIAN in 2009 and then worked as an intern at A Little World in 2010. In 2011, they joined Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur as a Co-ordinator, where they were responsible for networking with mentors and connecting students with business ideas. From 2013 to 2015, they co-founded Retention.ai: Uninstall Intelligence Platform. In 2015, they became the Head of Growth at Inshorts. Since 2016, Manan has been working at Recruiterflow, where they co-founded the company and serves as a Co-Founder. At Recruiterflow, they focus on providing a framework and operating system for recruiting and staffing firms worldwide.

Manan Shah completed their 12th grade education in Science at Alembic Vidyalaya in Vadodara from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
