Raman Bindra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Recruiterflow and as a Founding Steering Committee Member at South Asian Success, Raman previously held the Director of Customer Success role at Haptik, managing over 300 enterprise accounts. Additional experience includes positions as Head of Customer Success at LeadSquared, AVP of Customer Success at inFeedo, and Manager of Customer Success at Sentieo, demonstrating a strong track record in team building, cross-functional collaboration, and strategy development to enhance customer satisfaction and organizational growth.
