Restyna Fauzia

Restyna Fauzia is a dedicated consultant currently working at RecruitFirst since December 2022, having previously held the position of associate consultant. Prior experience includes a role as a talent acquisition intern at Glints, where Restyna managed the full recruitment process for operational and sales positions and sourced candidates through various platforms. Restyna also interned in human resources at Cakrawala Bahasa, overseeing talent management and employee performance appraisals, and at Hedtutu Skin Solution, where assistance in recruitment and conducting psychological tests was provided. Restyna is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Indonesia, expected to be completed in June 2024.
