Zachary Cline is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Recruitful since May 2022, Zachary also founded and leads Black Drum Coffee, a startup that has consistently exceeded revenue goals by 300%, while fostering strong relationships with coffee farmers and successfully negotiating significant cost savings and sales growth with corporate partners. Previously, Zachary worked as a Manager and People Lead at Waystation brew, where leadership and operational streamlining efforts doubled the team size and improved productivity significantly. Earlier roles include managing a coffee bar and serving as a Case Manager for Social Vocational Services, where Zachary achieved remarkable client success rates and was recognized for program efficiency and team performance.
