Brittany Horn- MSHRM has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2023. Brittany started their career as a Promotor at The Lions Fountain Irish Pub and a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Euroadventures in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Production Assistant Intern at NBCUniversal, Inc., where they were responsible for promoting and organizing industry events. Brittany then joined the University of Connecticut Club Sports as an Administrative Assistant, where they managed athletic events and supervised personal trainers. In 2015, they became a Booking Production Assistant at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they booked guests and organized travel arrangements.

From 2016 to 2019, Brittany worked at Alera Group Northeast. Initially, they served as an Accounting Specialist, assisting with HR projects and managing accounting operations. Later, they were promoted to Marketing and Communications Manager, where they oversaw branding, advertising, and public relations for multiple agencies. Additionally, they established marketing and sales initiatives and managed a team of sales executives.

In 2019, Brittany joined Indeed.com as an Account Executive, responsible for managing client relationships. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Account Executive, where they continued to excel in account management.

Currently, Brittany works at Recruitics as a Senior Client Strategist. Brittany'sresponsibilities include managing client relationships, leading retention and growth efforts, and using data analytics to improve recruitment marketing plans. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Enterprise Account Director.

Brittany's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in account management, marketing, communications, and coordination of events. Throughout their career, they have consistently shown growth and responsibility in their roles.

Brittany Horn- MSHRM has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University. Brittany also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, they have completed an International/Global Studies program at ISI Florence. Brittany has obtained certifications in Notary Public from the State of Connecticut- DAS-Jobs and in Sales Edge from Dale Carnegie Training.
