Haley Schiffer

Haley Schiffer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Haley began their career at Hollywood on the Potomac, where they interned and gained valuable experience attending events, conducting interviews, and writing articles. Haley then joined Datto as a Marketing Intern, where they further developed their skills in marketing. Haley continued their education at the University of Miami, working as a Research Assistant and Marketing Lab Research Assistant, where they assisted with data collection and analysis.

After completing their education, Haley joined Agency Marketing Machine as an Account Manager, where they managed client accounts, oversaw website visuals, and conducted marketing campaigns. Haley later advanced to the role of Senior Account Manager.

In 2016, Haley joined lululemon as an Educator and DOT (Director of Thoughtfulness), where they educated customers on products and built relationships within the community. Haley remained with the company for nearly five years.

In 2019, Haley joined Recruitics as an Account Manager, where they provided strategic guidance to clients. Haley was later promoted to roles such as Client Strategist, Senior Client Strategist, and Director of Client Strategy for High Volume Hiring. Currently, Haley holds the position of Director of Client Services (Gig).
