Jason Messinger

Jason Messinger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jason started their career as an Inside Sales Representative at United Rentals from 2005 to 2009. Jason then worked as an Academic Advisor and Maverick Leader at Lone Star College from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Jason joined Onward Search | Digital Creative and Technology Talent as a Sales Development Representative before transitioning to the role of Executive Recruiter in 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Predictable Source as the Manager of Client Services and later as the Manager of Demand Generation - CDR. During this time, they designed and implemented marketing strategies to engage talent and direct them towards client job opportunities using advanced algorithms and machine learning technology.

Jason then joined HomeServe USA in 2019 as a Digital Marketing Acquisition Manager until 2020. Currently, they are working at Recruitics as a Sales Solutions Engineer since October 2022. Additionally, they have held the role of Director of Engagement at Recruitics since November 2020, where they are responsible for the strategy and execution of candidate communication through email and text automation.

Jason Messinger earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lone Star College between the years 2010 and 2014. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Sam Houston State University from 2014 to 2016.
