Mary Grace Encarnacion

Mary Grace Encarnacion has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mary Grace started their career as a Teller at Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM) in 2005, where they worked until 2013 as a Fixed Income Trader. Their responsibilities included assisting in proprietary trading, monitoring the fixed income market, and encoding transactions.

In 2015, Mary Grace joined TD as a Teller and later became a Head Teller. Mary Grace then progressed to the role of Senior Customer Service Representative before assuming the position of Assistant Manager in March 2020. As an Assistant Manager, they demonstrated leadership skills and improved processes, coached team members on sales opportunities, and handled recruitment and evaluation.

Currently, Mary Grace is employed at Recruitics, where they started as a Client Finance Coordinator in May 2022. In April 2023, they were promoted to the position of Senior Client Finance Coordinator, demonstrating their competence in financial coordination and client management.

Furthermore, in September 2010, they obtained the Fixed Income Salesman certification from the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines.
