Ryan Donnelly

Ryan Donnelly began their work experience in 2003 as a Field Technician at Crane & Co Inc., providing computer software and hardware support. Ryan then worked as a Help Desk Technician at Champlain College, supporting a Windows 2000/XP environment. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Technical Support at Pine Cone Hill, assisting with MS Exchange, SQL servers, and LAN infrastructure. In 2009, they worked as a Junior Support Engineer at Australian IT Solutions. From 2010 to 2012, Ryan was an Applications Manager at Remington College, providing support for a large staff and student environment. At Viewpost, they served as a Solutions Engineer and Systems Administrator, designing and implementing environments in AWS and participating in the development of disaster recovery plans. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Infor in various roles, including Cloud Operations Engineer, Team Lead, and Manager of Cloud Services. Ryan mentored and coached infrastructure engineers, designed AWS account and VPC architecture, and led a successful fedRAMP audit. Currently, Ryan Donnelly is working at Recruitics as a Cloud Security Architect and Principal Security Architect.

Ryan Donnelly attended Champlain College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Digital Forensics. In addition to their degree, Ryan obtained several certifications, including Splunk Certified Admin 6.x from Splunk in July 2017, Splunk Certified Power User 6.3 from Splunk in February 2017, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in March 2016.
