Trevor Overstreet

Trevor Overstreet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Trevor started their career at Belk as a Loss Prevention Manager, where they managed cases of merchandise theft and implemented store security policies. At State Farm, they worked as a Mobile Catastrophe Claim Specialist and later as a Complex Injury Claim Representative, investigating and settling insurance claims while also participating in weather and CAT planning. Trevor then joined Brightstar Corp. as a Fraud Analyst, where they audited business operations for fraud, conducted investigations, and developed effective fraud detection strategies. Trevor subsequently worked at Ventiv Technology as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, and Implementation Specialist, leading client engagement strategies and managing a $1.5M book of business. Currently, Trevor is working at Recruitics as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, responsible for evaluating and enhancing internal staff operations through the implementation and maintenance of enterprise technologies.
