Jackie Starski Deace

Jackie Starski Deace, MBA, is a seasoned professional in client services and recruiting, currently serving as the Director of Client Services and Recruiting at Diligence Search Advisors since August 2024. With a strong background in executive search and talent acquisition, Jackie founded Executive Search & Talent LLC from January 2023 to August 2024 and previously held the role of Director of Accounting/Finance Recruiting at Orion Talent. Jackie's earlier experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Business Development at Right Management, Director of Client Services at ProNexus, and Branch Manager at Creative Financial Staffing.
