Mark Broadfoot

Mark Broadfoot has over 20 years of experience in talent management, recruiting, and human resources. Mark is currently working as an Independent Director of Talent Services at Recruiting in Motion. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Management Specialist at U R Consultants. Mark also worked at Advisian as the Global Talent Director, where they built and led a global recruitment team. Mark has held senior roles at Direct Energy, Shell Oil, and US Physical Therapy, where they were responsible for university recruiting, recruitment, and business development. Mark started their career as a Consultant, supporting companies such as Enron, Lyondell, AIM Investments, and Futurestep.

Mark Broadfoot holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Texas.
