Roman Skrypuch

Roman Skrypuch, CPC has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Roman started their career in 1985 as a Manager at BMO Financial Group. Roman then worked as an Executive Recruiter at BHMS Executive Search Group from 1988 to 1990. Later, they founded Financial Plus Management Solutions Inc. and served as the President and Founder for almost two decades. During this time, they successfully built the company from scratch and established partnerships with major financial services companies. In 2009, they joined Tutor Doctor as the Franchise Development Director before transitioning to Weed Man USA as the Director of Franchise Development in 2011. In this role, they guided candidates through the franchise awarding process and assessed their suitability for franchising. Currently, they serve as the Director of Placement Services for Information Technology & Financial Services at Recruiting in Motion, where they aim to streamline the recruitment process and find the right candidates for employers.

Roman Skrypuch, CPC, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science with a focus on Political Science from Western University. Roman is also certified as a CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) by ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services).
