Hitesh Passi

Hitesh Passi has extensive work experience in a variety of industries. Hitesh began their career in 2002 as a Team Leader for the Safeway Group, Inc. In 2004, they joined Vodafone as an Operations Executive in the Credit Management Group. In 2005, they moved to IDS INFOTECH as an MIS Executive. In 2007, they joined Citi as an Officer in the Collection Support Unit. In 2009, they worked as a Manager Collection Control for Barclays Bank PLC and as a Partner and HR Consultant (Freelancer) for Morpheus Human Consulting Pvt Ltd. In 2011, they co-founded Miles Ahead 91 Consultants, a company providing Executive Search and Consulting services. In 2013, they became a Partner in Reliable Engineering Plastics, focusing on Sales and Marketing. In 2021, they co-founded Genius 91 Academy and became a Key Client Partner for RecruitingHub.com™.

Hitesh Passi began their educational journey in 1995 when they obtained a BCA from the Allahabad Agricultural Institute, majoring in Software. Hitesh then went on to obtain a MCP - MCSD from Aptech in 2000, focusing on Programming and Analytical. In the same year, they also obtained a Diploma from CMC Computers (Govt Reco) in Advance Software Technology.
