Varsha Katarae has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Varsha began their career as an HR Executive at Teamzinterface in July 2009 and worked there until November 2010. In December 2010, they joined Adecco India as an HR professional and held the position until February 2015. Currently, Varsha is working as a Client Success Manager at RecruitingHub.com™, an AI-driven online recruitment agencies marketplace, starting from March 2021.

Varsha Katarae completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Osmania University during the period of 2003 to 2006. Varsha later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR) and Marketing from Vishwa Vishwani Institute of Systems and Management between 2007 and 2009.
