Bert Koning

Bert Koning is an experienced professional with a diverse background in advisory, management, and consulting roles. Currently serving as an Adviseur at Recruitment Scan and holding positions as an Independent Advisor at Bain & Company and Industry Expert at AlphaSights, Bert also co-founded RIC BV, where interim management and consultancy are key functions. Previously, Bert was the CEO of OTYS Recruiting Technology, where responsibilities included preparing the company for sale and overseeing significant revenue-generating business units at WCC. Bert's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from Radboud University, along with certifications in project management and a degree in Marine Engineering and navigation. Additionally, Bert contributes to the advisory board of Purple Squirrel Effect.
