Chiranjeev Parsoya is a skilled data scientist with extensive experience in developing advanced recommendation engines and predictive models. Currently serving as Chief Data Scientist at Recruitment Smart Technologies since June 2019, Chiranjeev has successfully deployed Sniper AI, an innovative tool that ranks CVs based on suitability scores. Previously, as a Data Scientist at 3LOQ, Chiranjeev contributed to Habitual AI, enhancing user engagement and reducing attrition through data analysis and model tuning. Chiranjeev's career began at Vserv, where duties included predicting user demographics and creating user profiles based on behavioral data. Chiranjeev holds a Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, earned between 2012 and 2014.
