Mike Francomb

Mike Francomb has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Bradley-Morris and RecruitMilitary since October 1998, leading the technology team and shaping the strategic technological vision for the company. Previous roles include Senior Executive Leader with various senior vice president titles across technology, strategic business development, marketing, and sales. Mike co-owned Quantum Consulting & Investments, a real estate investment firm, from March 1996 to July 1998. A veteran of the United States Army, Mike held the rank of Captain and engaged in various leadership roles, including serving as a Gunnery Instructor and Fire Support Officer, with deployments during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Mike graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in May 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
