Rob van Arnhem

Rob van Arnhem has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rob served as the Chief Operating Officer at RecruitNow, a recruitment solutions company, where they focused on automation, digitalization, and improving user experiences. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Strategy & Operations at RecruitNow. Before joining RecruitNow, Rob worked at Timing, a staffing agency, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of Digital Strategy and Manager of Online Marketing & Communication. Additionally, they served as Manager of Facility and Facility Executive at Timing. Rob began their career as a Junior Consultant at FMH Academy, where they undertook assignments for several organizations. Finally, they started their professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
