Roei Barak has extensive experience in the recruitment, management consulting, and HR sectors, currently serving as the Owner of Recruitx since 2019, specializing in recruitment and headhunting for the high-tech industry. Simultaneously, Roei operates Barak Group, providing management consulting, HR services, and training for recruiters and HR consultants. Previous roles include VP of HR & Operations at Online Outsource, where significant recruitment and operational management in Israel and Eastern Europe were executed, and multiple positions at Cellcom, including Call Center Manager, with responsibilities spanning sales, training, and strategic planning. Roei holds an MBA in Marketing from Netanya Academic College and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Emek Israel Academic College.
