Eva D'Alessio

Eva D'Alessio has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management, currently serving as Responsable recrutement et développement RH at Rector Lesage since September 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment services and HR projects. Prior to this role, Eva was Responsable recrutement Groupe at Groupe Hess from April 2015 to September 2017, where duties encompassed recruitment for a range of positions, marketing HR initiatives, and managing various HR projects. Earlier experiences include roles at CAMO EMPLOI France, Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, and the CNRS, contributing to recruitment, training development, and HR administration. Eva holds a Master II in Management des Ressources Humaines and a Master I in Management/Gestion from EM Strasbourg Business School, alongside a Licence in Économie-Gestion from the Faculté des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion de Strasbourg.
