Anna-Lena Eckert is the Head of Customer Happiness Management at RECUP since October 2017. Anna-Lena is also a member of the Leadership Board, responsible for strategizing, budgeting, and developing the company culture. Before joining RECUP, Anna-Lena worked as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität München, focusing on sustainable entrepreneurship. Anna-Lena has a Master of Science in European Master’s Program in Consumer Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration.
