Barbara Bellenberg began their career in 2017 working as a Werkstudentin Reserach for KÖHN & KOLLEGEN GmbH - Ihre Personalberater im Gesundheitswesen. In 2019, they joined RECUP GmbH as a Junior HR Managerin, where they were responsible for revolutionizing the coffee world by reducing the 2.8 billion disposable cups used in Germany each year. Barbara was later promoted to HR-Managerin.
