Leonie Metzger has a long and varied work experience. From 2014 to 2022, they have held various roles in different companies. In 2014, they were a Graphic Design Intern at LORTH GESSLER MITTELSTAEDT GmbH. In 2015, they were a Marketing Intern at Thesius (DDL GmbH), where they were responsible for managing the company's social media presence, planning and executing online marketing campaigns, and handling mail traffic. In 2017, they worked as a Working Student in Marketing at Karacho GmbH and as a Working Student in Eventmanagement at MFG Baden-Württemberg, where they were also responsible for a Design Thinking Project. In 2018, they worked as a Brand Strategy at MetaDesign. In 2019, they worked as a Brand Strategy at LOUP Markenstrategie und Design, a Marketing- & Projectmanagement at The Female Company GmbH, and a Student Project: Social Media Strategy at Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG). Finally, in 2020, they worked as a Brand and Communications Strategy at Mercedes-Benz AG, and in 2022 they are currently working as a Marketing Manager at RECUP GmbH, where they are responsible for internal and external coordination of marketing and sales collaborations, agency steering for OOH-Marketing campaigns, planning and execution of events and promotions, and conducting marketing automation processes at Hubspot.

Leonie Metzger began their educational journey in 2015 when they enrolled at the Hochschule Macromedia | Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Markenkommunikation und Werbung. In 2016, they attended the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) for Business, Management, Marketing und verbundene unterstützende Dienste. Leonie then returned to school in 2019 to pursue a Master of Arts - MA in Unternehmenskommunikation - Branding, Digitale Medien & Marketing at Stuttgart Media University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
