Customer Happiness Manager at RECUP

Verena Lehner has extensive work experience in various industries. Verena began their career at HiPP Baby Food in 2011 as an intern in the Quality Assurance department. In 2013, they worked on their master's thesis at Papiertechnische Stiftung (PTS).

In 2016, Lehner joined NanoScape AG as an Engineering Technician, where they were responsible for quality control processes and production monitoring. Following this, they worked at LivaNova in 2017 as a Customer Quality Engineer, handling medical device complaints and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lehner then moved to Oatly AB in 2018 as an Area Sales Manager South, where they focused on sales and customer relationship management in the food retail industry.

From 2019 to 2023, they worked at GNA Biosolutions GmbH, first as a Production Specialist and later as an Associate Product Manager. In these roles, they gained experience in product management and production coordination.

Verena'smost recent position is as a Customer Happiness Manager at RECUP, where they started in February 2023.

Verena Lehner pursued their education from 2008 to 2014 at the Technical University of Munich. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in the field of Technologie und Biotechnologie der Lebensmittel.
