Rahul Jha

Rahul Jha has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product design and user experience (UX) research. Rahul is currently the Head of Product Design at Recur Club, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, Rahul was the Co-Founder and Product Head at eWorkspace, a SaaS-based digital workplace software company. During their time at eWorkspace from June 2020 to January 2023, they played a crucial role in launching a virtual office space and improving team collaboration.

Before eWorkspace, Rahul worked at NIIT Technologies Limited as a Senior Designer in UX Research from April 2019 to June 2020, and as a Designer in UX Research from April 2017 to March 2019. Rahul started their career as a Research Analyst in UX at iSOURCe from June 2015 to March 2017. Prior to that, Rahul worked at Kinfotech Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive in UI/UX from July 2014 to June 2015. Throughout their career, Rahul has gained valuable experience in product design, UX research, and improving user experience in various organizations.

Rahul Jha has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, obtained in the years 2010-2014. Rahul also holds a certification in Business Analysis Professional Effectiveness Competencies from NIIT Technologies Limited, obtained in 2018. Furthermore, Rahul completed a degree in Strategy and Operations Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in the year 2020. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, with an expected completion in 2024.
