Jacqueline Nelson is an experienced engineering professional with a background in integration support, technical support, and software development. Currently serving as an Integration Support Engineer at Recurly since May 2021, Jacqueline previously worked at ServiceNow as a Technical Support Engineer, where issues related to custom code were identified and resolved. Prior roles include Software Developer at Visionlink Software & Consulting, Application Developer at CotingaSoft and Mudbug Media, and Project Engineer at Star Engineering Services.
