Maddie Baldwin

Maddie Baldwin currently serves as the Director of PMO at Recurly, leading a team of Program Managers, Scrum Leaders, and Product Owners to enhance customer outcomes and support. Previously, Maddie held various managerial roles at DISH Network, including overseeing the Voice of the Customer team and the IT Product Management Team, focusing on customer experience and product enhancements. Maddie also worked as an Operations Manager at IMMERGE, LLC, where expertise in building innovative sales organizations was demonstrated, and held a position in Sales Operations at Constellation Energy Partners. Earlier in the career, Maddie developed new business opportunities as an Account Executive at Aegis Worldwide. Maddie holds a degree in Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
