Mary Rosberg

Mary Rosberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since July 2024, Mary is dedicated to empowering senior women leaders. At Recurly, where Mary has worked since July 2013, roles have progressed from Senior Director of Customer Success to Vice President and Growth Evangelist, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and processes. Previous positions include Customer Success Manager at Cloudwords, Inc., and various technical writing and project management roles at organizations such as Silicon Energy and Autodesk. Mary holds a BA in French Literature from Dartmouth College and has engaged in educational pursuits with The Aji Network, Inc.
