Victoria Munneke is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Customer Success and SaaS solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Recurly since 2022, Victoria previously held key leadership positions at Helium 10 and POPinNow, specializing in driving customer growth and reducing churn. With extensive experience at TPI and GE Capital, Victoria effectively built and scaled commercial Customer Success teams while achieving significant revenue growth and retention rates.
