Maxwell Leslie

Maxwell Leslie has a diverse work history that spans multiple industries. Maxwell is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Recuro Health, where they oversee the development of software solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Owner and Developer at Verum Digital LLC.

Maxwell's previous roles include Director of Software Engineering at Traive and Director of Software Engineering and Quality at Icario. In these positions, they were responsible for establishing development best practices, quality assurance processes, and release management. Maxwell also managed engineering, QA, architecture, and DevOps departments. Maxwell initiated major cloud infrastructure changes and enhancements, improving security and scalability.

Before that, Maxwell held various positions at Revel Health (now Icario), Stonecrop Technologies, When I Work, Leadpages, and Silent Storm Studios. These roles ranged from Software Development Engineer in Test to QA Tech Lead. Maxwell developed and maintained E2E automated tests, managed communication with engineering teams, and implemented development deployment pipelines.

Maxwell also gained experience as a Software QA Analyst at Robert Half Technology, where they developed test cases and maintained communication with developers and clients.

Throughout their career, Maxwell has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to establish and implement best practices, and expertise in various software development and quality assurance tools and technologies.

Maxwell Leslie obtained a High School Diploma in Generals and Computer Technology from Richfield High School in 2008. Maxwell then proceeded to enroll at ITT Technical Institute-Eden Prairie from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associates of Applied Science (A.A.Sc.) degree in Visual Communications. Continuing their education at the same institution, Maxwell completed their education in 2013 by obtaining a Bachelors of Science (B.A.S.) degree in Digital Entertainment and Game Design. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired a certification in Sumo Logic Certified Fundamentals from Sumo Logic in October 2020.
