Stephon Buckhanan

Stephon Buckhanan has a diverse work experience, beginning with the Army National Guard in 2015 as a 13B Cannon Crewmember. In this role, Stephon worked on a team of six other soldiers on one cannon system, practicing skills in teamwork, discipline, and communication. In 2019, Stephon became a Community Service Officer at St. Cloud Area School District 742. In this role, Stephon monitored student behavior in hallways and other common spaces, problem solved low level behavior issues with students, and intervened in student altercations, insubordination, and harassment situations. In 2021, Stephon began working as a Software Engineer for Freelance (Self-employed). In this role, Stephon helped build a roleplay server from the ground up in Agile/Scrum methodology by utilizing a Trello board, and worked as a team of six developers to build and maintain a gaming server. Additionally, Stephon worked as a 25B IT Specialist for the United States Army Reserve in 2021. In this role, Stephon worked in a team with four other soldiers to handle all things IT for their unit, and practiced skills in teamwork, discipline, and communication. Lastly, Stephon is currently enrolled in Prime Digital Academy as a Full Stack Software Engineer Student, and is set to begin working as an Associate System Engineer for Recuro Health in 2023.

Stephon Buckhanan completed a Full-Stack Software Engineering Certification from Prime Digital Academy in 2022, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.
