Tim Reed

Tim Reed has worked in the IT field since 2002. Tim began their career as an Information Technician at U-Line Corporation as part of a youth apprenticeship program. Tim then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Pearson VUE from 2006-2008. From 2008-2015, they worked at McAfee as a Technical Support Engineer and Tier II Technical Support Engineer, providing support for Web Gateway, SmartFilter, Web Reporter, One Time Password, McAfee Single Sign-On, and Content Security Reporter. Tim then moved to RedBrick Health (now Virgin Pulse) from 2015-2018, where they held the roles of Senior Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer, Team Lead - Tier III, and Tier III Application Support. From 2018-2021, they were a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Virgin Pulse. Tim is currently a Senior DevOps Engineer at Recuro Health.

Tim Reed obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Brown College in 2008. Tim then obtained a CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation in December of 2019.
