Sara Olenick

Sara Olenick is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate at Recurrent Energy since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Property Acquisition Specialist and Title and Compliance Reviewer at the Washington State Department of Transportation from April 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included obtaining title commitments, interpreting right of way plans, and preparing conveyance documents. Sara's extensive background in title examination and property acquisition includes previous roles at Fidelity National Financial, enXco Development Corporation, Knight-Barry Title Services, Badger Abstract and Title Corporation, and Western Land Services.
