David Baugher

David Baugher is a bioinformatics-focused Data Scientist with a background in machine learning and data engineering. They have worked with various omics data and contributed to research on ALS, UTIs, and different cancer types. In previous roles, David developed machine learning models, including those based on graph neural networks and natural language processing, and created data pipelines and database architectures. David holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Geophysics and Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University. Currently, they focus on Python-based metabolomics pipelines aimed at enhancing metabolite annotation.
