Jonathan Golightly, CEP, has extensive experience in stock and equity compensation services, currently serving as the Director of Stock Services at Recursion since February 2021. Previously, Jonathan held positions including Stock Plans Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand and Director of Stockholder Services at Domo, Inc., among others. Jonathan's career also includes significant roles at Fusion-io, Adobe Systems, and Omniture, with a foundational start as a Senior Corporate/Securities Paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Jonathan holds an AAS with Honors in Legal Studies from Utah Valley University and pursued further education at Santa Clara University from 2004 to 2005.
