Marnie Binette

Marnie Binette, CPP, currently serves as the Sr Payroll Manager at Recursion since December 2021, with previous experience as a Payroll Manager at Okta, Inc., and Sr. Payroll Manager at Vivint Solar. Marnie's expertise includes managing payroll processes for large employee bases across multiple legal entities, hiring and training payroll staff, and developing compliance-focused policies and procedures. Marnie has also been instrumental in resolving tax issues, participating in various audits, and implementing payroll systems for various companies including Savage Services and Fusion-io/SanDisk. Marnie holds an Associate of Science degree in Business from Salt Lake Community College and furthered education at the University of Utah.
