Teeru Bihani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of translational medicine and clinical development. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Translational Strategy at Recursion since December 2025, Bihani previously held significant roles including Head of Precision Medicine at LAVA Therapeutics N.V. and Vice President of Translational Medicine at Nuvation Bio. Bihani's career includes key positions at Radius Health, Inc., AstraZeneca, and academic roles at Tufts University and the University of Michigan. Teeru Bihani earned a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology and Cancer Therapeutics from Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan. Additional training includes management education at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
