Jean-Pierre Boucher, CRHA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at RMI / IMR: Recyclage de Métaux Intégré, a position held since August 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Jean-Pierre held prior roles including Director of Human Resources at Groupe Alphard from September 2021 to July 2023 and at the Association professionnelle des courtiers immobiliers du Québec from June 2015 to November 2020, also overseeing HR for Centris and the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec during that same period. Jean-Pierre's earlier positions included Vice-President of Human Resources at Transport Bourassa Inc. and various HR roles at Keurig Canada and Waste Management, where responsibilities encompassed labor relations, productivity management, and HR policy implementation. Jean-Pierre holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), completed between 1993 and 1996.

The best of both worlds for scrap metal suppliers and end users In October , 2020 – ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada ("ArcelorMittal") and Triple M Metal ("Triple M"), two of the largest players in Canada's metal recycling industry, announced that they were joining forces to offer more choice and services to scrap metal consumers and suppliers. The two companies created a joint venture called Integrated Metal Recycling Inc. (“IMR”), which combine many of the recycling activities of the two partners in Quebec.
