Andrea Cox, SHRM-SCP

Andrea Cox, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management. Andrea is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of People & Culture at Recycle Track Systems since January 2023. Prior to this, Andrea held a role as a Member at Chief, starting in April 2023.

From August 2021 to December 2022, Andrea served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at A Place for Mom. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Worth Ross Management Co., AAMC from August 2018 to August 2021.

Andrea's earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Director at Zapper.com from January 2015 to June 2018, where they managed HR services, policies, and programs. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at ALM - a business-to-business integrated digital media company - from May 2011 to September 2014. In this role, Andrea provided guidance on performance management, compensation, employment laws, and regulations.
