Ron Sorensen has extensive experience in manufacturing and management within the recycling and waste management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Recycling Management Resources since November 2022, Ron previously held multiple leadership roles at WestRock Company from January 2016 to January 2023, including Regional Health, Safety and Environmental Manager and General Manager for the Orlando and Tampa areas. Prior experience includes the position of Plant Manager at Waste Management from June 2011 to January 2016, where Ron was responsible for comprehensive facility management duties such as safety oversight, production management, machinery maintenance, quality control, and financial forecasting.
