Paola Vázquez

Paola Vizcaino has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Employee Experience Specialist at CoServ since September 2001, having previously held the position of HR Generalist. In this role, Paola has been instrumental in developing talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on employee development and diversity initiatives, as well as authoring and implementing HR policies and maintaining the employee handbook. Prior to CoServ, Paola worked at Daily Management Resorts from November 1999 to April 2001 as Manager on Duty, where responsibilities included supervising personnel activities, conducting departmental communication, training employees, and overseeing performance appraisals, scheduling, and uniform compliance.
