Annie Owen-Shepherd

Annie Owen-Shepherd is an experienced project and delivery manager with a strong background in agile methodologies and team leadership. Currently serving as Lead Scrum Master at Red Ant since July 2021, Annie focuses on transitioning the business to an agile framework while enhancing client offerings through effective scrum processes. Prior roles include Senior Delivery Manager at Wunderman Thompson UK and Senior Project Manager at both Mirum Agency and The BIO Agency, where Annie led projects across various sectors, including automotive and finance. Additional experience includes positions at Nice Agency, ORM, and a foundational role as Press Officer at Sir Tom Baker. Annie holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Fashion Marketing & Communications from Nottingham Trent University.
