Emma Newman

Emma Newman has extensive experience at Red Ant, where Emma has progressed through various roles since July 2008, culminating in the position of Head of Client Success. In this capacity, Emma focuses on ensuring client success with the RetailOS platform by managing onboarding and regular reviews. Prior roles include Client Consultancy Director, Account Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager, all emphasizing the development of digital strategies and the enhancement of client relationships. Emma began their career at Red Ant after studying Marketing and Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University, starting as an Office Administrator and later taking on roles that deepened client engagement and project leadership. Prior to Red Ant, Emma gained retail experience as a shop floor supervisor at New Look.
