Julia Rupp

Julia Rupp is an experienced professional with a focus on growth and business development, currently serving as Growth Director at Red Antler since May 2021, where previously held roles included Senior Growth Manager, Business Development Manager, and Business Development Coordinator. Before joining Red Antler, Julia worked as a Project Manager at Resilience Education from February 2020 to May 2021 and held a fellowship at the University of Virginia in the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, contributing to initiatives related to inclusive excellence. Julia is also recognized for founding Reflections: Oral Histories at UVA, a student-led initiative that amplifies underrepresented student narratives and experiences. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Fellow at New Hill Development Corporation and an Editorial Intern at Japanime Publishing. Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Distinction in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia.
